The number of participants total 34, which is one or two participants per institution from each country.
The DECIDE project commenced with the Project Kick Off Meeting which was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan (originally scheduled for Brasov, Romania) in early 2019.
At this important meeting the following was agreed:
Criteria and procedures for communications between partners
Management and decision making structures
The functions of the PMC and Action Groups
Contact persons
Local Committees
Library Access Liaison Librarian
Local project coordinators
All partners in the DECIDE project have now signed the Consortium Agreement which rules relations, methods of cooperation, disagreements and the identification and agreement of control and problem solving procedures between partners.
Preparation in the project involved:
preparation for the Project Commencement (Kick-off) Meeting (Almaty, Kazakhstan)
preparation of the training package for English for Specific Purposes (ESP) Training (Module 1)
and the preparation of the DECIDE Training Programme Curriculum Modules 2-8
